Carbolite-Gero GLO 10/11-1G annealing furnace
Background
The U.S. Department of Energy (DOE), National Energy Technology Laboratory (NETL) is seeking to procure a Carbolite-Gero GLO 10/11-1G annealing furnace, which is essential for their laboratory operations. The goal of this contract is to acquire a high-quality furnace that meets specific technical requirements for laboratory use, particularly in pyrolysis applications.

Work Details
The solicitation includes the following items and specifications:
1. GLO 40/11-1G AUTOMATIC - Quantity: 1 EA
2. Siematic TP1900 19" TOUCH - Simple operating HMI via touch screen
3. CARBOLITE GERO ELECTRICAL CONFIGURATION - 480 volts three phase 60Hz
4. INCONEL RETORT UPGRADE FOR GLO40/11 - Increased stability at 1100°C operation, Vacuum up to 750°C
5. INCONEL LOADING RACK GLO 40 - Inconel loading rack with 4 levels, without loading baskets
6. VP-PF20-A - Vacuum pumping station 20 automatic
7. GLO Heated Door
8. Heated Gas Outlet and AB
9. GLO Fast cooling Upgrade
10. Loading Trolley
11. Chiller
12. NRTL Electrical Safety Inspection and Certification.
Delivery and commissioning training are included but not separately priced, with delivery expected within 365 days after award.
