STATEMENT of WORK (SOW)

Statement of Work for ProKee Car Wash System

DESCRIPTION:

Car Wash activation system - One system for building 870 wash system. The system is to include in the purchase price one Pro'KEE reader, Software capable of downloading gathered data via laptop on demand and convert data to MS Excel form: installation of equipment and software, startup, training, one-year (minimum) warranty per unit.labor, travel and per diem to perform installation, commissioning, training, all miscellaneous installation material and complete factory testing and training. The system will be used to activate pressure carwash systems on timer and also capture vehicle registration numbers, mileages (manually entered by user at control unit) and time/date washed.

Customer is responsible for:

Providing 115 V AC electrical power through a 15 amp circuit breaker

Providing a concrete floor/wall area suitable for mounting the control unit

Providing a computer CD-ROM drive to run the software

Contractor is responsible for:

Providing hardware and software and all installation supplies necessary to complete the installation providing technicians to perform the installation and n-aiming

Mounting control unit where it will be convenient to user's opening the car wash

Installing surface mount conduit where required, to interface power, phone line and/or carwash controllers

Pulling and connecting wires to car wash controllers

Completing installation in accordance with the National Electric Codes (NEC)

Installing software on customer's computer

Training customer on use of hardware and software

Provide 1 year warranty for hardware, software, and installation
