Capital Planning and Investment Control (CPIC) Support Services

The Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Office of Procurement Operations, is issuing a Task Order Request for Quote (RFQ) under the OASIS Small Business Pool 1 for Capital Planning and Investment Control (CPIC) Support Services. The purpose of this procurement is to acquire CPIC support services, training, and operations and maintenance of the DHS portfolio management system.
