General Information:

A virtual industry day will be held covering a follow-on contract, Cape Launch Operations and Infrastructure Support III (CLOIS III) at Cape Canaveral Space Force Station, Kennedy Space Center, and Annexes. The Government estimates a ceiling of $489M, with the potential for an ordering period of 9.5 years. The Government seeks to provide industry more insight into the Government's requirements and allow potential Offerors the opportunity to ask questions and provide feedback on both the work to be performed and the contract specifics. A detailed agenda and attendance link will be provided with registration confirmation. All briefings and one-on-one discussions will be conducted at the unclassified level.

The Government briefing will take place on 7 March 2022. One-on-one meetings will take place between 7 March 2022 and 9 March 2022, depending on the number of interested attendees. Time slots for one-on-one opportunities will be limited to no more than 20 minutes, but the actual time available is dependent upon the number of interested attendees.

This Industry Day Notice is issued solely for information and planning purposes and all information provided is subject to change. It does not constitute a solicitation (Request for Proposal) or a promise to issue a solicitation in the future. This virtual Industry Day Notice does not commit the Government to contract for any supply or service, whatsoever. Furthermore, the Government is not, at this time, seeking proposals. Responders are advised that the Government will not pay for any information or administrative costs incurred in response to this Industry Day Notice. The Government will not assume liability for costs incurred by any attendee for travel expenses or marketing efforts. All costs associated with responding to this Industry Day Notice will be solely at the responding party's expense.

Registration Instructions:

Those who are interested in attending this event are requested to respond to this notice by e-mailing your completed the Registration Form (Attached) no later than 23 February 2022 to 45CONS.CLOIS@us.af.mil. If a one-on-one meeting is desired, please indicate this on the Registration Form. No later than 28 February 2022, the Government will send an email confirmation verifying successful receipt of registration along with a final agenda, attendance link, and one-on-one meeting confirmations.

Questions:

The Contracting Officer is the primary point of contact for all discussions relating to this acquisition. A Draft Request for Proposal (RFP) will be posted prior to Industry Day. Offerors are encouraged to review these documents prior to attendance. Potential Offerors are encouraged to submit written questions regarding the Draft RFP in advance but are not required to do so. A summary of all releasable questions and answers arising during Industry Day will be posted the following week. Questions discussed during one-on-one sessions will not be posted unless an official response is desired by the requestor.
