Description

The Government awarded a firm-fixed price construction contract to Reasor Building Group, LLC (CAGE 7NSR5) to replace canopy structures at BLDG #s 4135 and 4134 at NAS Pensacola, FL IAW the technical requirements as detailed in the Design Build specifications. Building #4134 was solicited as an option and exercised at award. The contract was awarded on a sole-source basis under FAR Part 19.8, Contracting with the SBA (The 8(a) Program).

In accordance with FAR 5.202(a)(4), a pre-solicitation notice was not submitted because the contract action is expressly authorized by statute. However, since the contract action may result in the award of subcontracts, this notice of contract award is submitted in accordance with FAR 5.301(a)(l)(ii).

An abridged version of the contract is attached to this notice. A full version of the contract can be obtained through the Electronic Data Access (EDA) at the Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE), in accordance with agency procedures.
