Cannon Air Force Base, New Mexico is searching for a contractor who shall install a water treatment pilot test unit and provide expert analysis, best applicable location, and system recommendation for the installation of a ceramic membrane ultrafiltration system with layered powdered carbon technology capable of filtering all chains of PFAS (including but not limited to PFOA, PFOS), Fluoride and water hardness from Cannon's Child Development Center drinking water system.

All prospective contractors must be registered as small businesses in the System for Award Management (SAM.gov) database to be awarded a DoD contract. The NAICS for this action is "541380 - Testing Laboratories and Services". Please review the attached Statement of Work (SOW) for full requirement needs.

Background
Cannon Air Force Base, New Mexico is seeking a contractor to install a water treatment pilot test unit. The goal is to provide expert analysis, determine the best applicable location, and recommend a system for the installation of a ceramic membrane ultrafiltration system with layered powdered carbon technology. This system must be capable of filtering all chains of PFAS (including but not limited to PFOA and PFOS), Fluoride, and water hardness from the drinking water system at Cannon’s Child Development Center.

Work Details
The contractor shall perform the following tasks:

1. Install a water treatment pilot test unit.

2. Provide expert analysis on the best applicable location for installation.

3. Recommend a system for the installation of a ceramic membrane ultrafiltration system with layered powdered carbon technology that can filter PFAS, Fluoride, and water hardness from the drinking water system at Cannon's Child Development Center, Building 1435.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed over a period of 60 days.
