Cannon AFB- Strong Family Structure Program (SFSP) POAM   2

Background
This acquisition is for non-personal services. The requirement is to perform resiliency events for Cannon AFB personnel. The contractor shall provide all management, personnel, transportation, training, and all other services necessary to provide Marriage Weekends, Family Wellness Weekends, Date Nights, Childcare, Lodging and Meals for Cannon AFB personnel in accordance with the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS), dated 21 Feb 24.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide all management, counselors, instructors, curriculum, facilities/lodging, media, meals, childcare, and evidence-based data collection required to conduct Marriage Retreats, Family Retreats and Date Nights as further identified in the Performance Work Statement. Each event shall be completed in coordination with the 27 SOW Social and Family Branch and Spiritual Branch Chapel Staff. The events are open to all legally married military couples and their dependents. The contractor must ensure that no coercion to conform a participant to a particular religious denomination or faith group shall be manifested directly or indirectly.
