Cannon AFB Strong Family Structure Program

Background
This acquisition is for non-personal services to provide Strong Family Structure Chapel Marriage and Family Retreat Services at Cannon Air Force Base, New Mexico. The contractor shall provide all management, personnel, transportation, training, and all other services necessary to provide Marriage Weekends, Family Wellness Weekends, Date Nights, Childcare, Lodging and Meals for Cannon AFB personnel in accordance with the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS), dated 15 June 2023.

Work Details
The contract service requirements include designated retreats for the 27 SOW Chapel Staff as requested but not to exceed two trainings per year. The performance objectives relate directly to mission essential items such as lodging, meeting spaces, amenities cleanliness and deadlines for scheduling. Other requirements include documentation of proposed and actual menus, dietary accommodation forms submission, childcare by licensed/approved providers, training of 27 SOW Chapel Staff members in curricula executed at marriage and family retreats, maintenance of emergency contingency plans for each locale by the contractor.
Additionally, the contractor shall provide a contingency event execution plan in case of natural disasters and/or pandemics. The plan should detail various alternate presentation methods for executing marriage retreats, family retreats, and date night events. The contractor shall also provide a contract manager responsible for the performance of the work and recognize specific holidays.

Period of Performance
The period of performance includes specific dates for resiliency events execution over a quarterly schedule from October 2023 to September 2024.

Place of Performance
The place of performance includes approved locations in Colorado – Trinadad and New Mexico – Albuquerque, Ruidoso, Santa Fe, Taos for family retreats and eating establishments in Portales and Clovis for date nights.
