Incumbent Analysis (see Incumbents section for more detail)
This opportunity appears to have a confirmed incumbent based on prior award number 70B03C21A00000009, awarded to New England Canine, with performance from 06/01/21 through 05/07/27 for kennel services at Logan International Airport (East Boston, MA). The current requirement similarly calls for commercial kennel facilities and daily care/cleaning for CBP canines with 24/7 handler access and a facility located within 20 miles of the Logan work site, which suggests the new BPA may be a continuation or follow-on of the existing kennel services arrangement.
