Canine Equipment for Mexican States   2

This effort is for the procurement and delivery of canine veterinary equipment to locations in four Mexican States: Guanajuato, Queretero, Michoacan, and Nuevo Leon. All equipment proposed must meet or exceed the technical specifications provided in the attached Appendix A. Vendors will be solely responsible for the importation and delivery of all items, as detailed in the Statement of Work. As this equipment will be donated to the Government of Mexico, should any delays in the donation process occur, the Government will cover the warehousing cost of equipment that is pending delivery.

Questions regarding this solicitation must be submitted to the Contracting Officer no later than 5 pm CDT on March 15th. When submitting questions, vendors must use the template provided in Attachment 6.

Proposals in response to this solicitation must be submitted to the Contracting Officer via email no later than 10 pm CDT on March 31st. Proposals must include a Technical Volume, Price Volume, and completed Pricing Template. The Contracting Officer contact information is inluded at the end of this announcement.
