Background
The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Troop Support is issuing this solicitation to enter into a Firm-Fixed Price Contract for the provision of pan coated peanut butter disks. These disks are intended for use in the Unitized Group Ration - Heat & Serve and UGR-M Programs. The goal of this contract is to ensure a reliable supply of these food items to support military operations.

- **Estimated Annual Quantity**:
- Tier 1: 800,000 BG

- **Minimum Quantity**: 400,000 BG
- **Maximum Quantity**: 2,500,000 BG
- **Delivery Terms**: All prices must be F.O.B. Destination and include freight to Defense Depot Tracy, CA.
- **Shelf Life Requirement**: The shelf life of the product must be at least 18 months.
- **Required Delivery Date (RDD)**: Delivery must occur within 30 days after issuance of each delivery order. Quotes with longer delivery times will not be considered.

Period of Performance
The effective period of the contract is divided into three tiers:
- Tier 1: Date of Award through Day 365
- Tier 2: Day 366 through Day 730
- Tier 3: Day 731 through Day 1,095

Products will be delivered to Defense Depot Tracy located at W62G2T W1BG DLA DISTRIBUTION, 25600 S. Chrisman Road, Warehouse No. 30, Section 2 - UGR, Tracy, CA 95376-5000.
