SOLE SOURCE CANDELA VBEAM LASER EQUIPMENT REPAIR AND MAINTENANCE

This announcement constitutes a Notice of Proposed Contract Action. DHA Central Markets Contracting Division (CM-CD) intends to award a contract for CANDELA VBEAM Laser Equipment Repair and Maintenance.

DHA CM-CD intends to conduct a sole source purchase to provide preventative maintenance for calibration, installation of replacement parts, other servicing of equipment, and travel time to maintain one (1) Candela VBEAM Laser system fully operational in accordance with manufacturer specifications. This action is a new contract action and will result in a firm-fixed-price contract using Other than Full and Open Competition prescribed by FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i). This action will result in the award of a commercial contract.

The proposed contract action for this requirement will be a SOLE SOURCE to the following Contractor:
