Background
The Advanced Research Projects Agency for Health (ARPA-H) is hosting a Proposers’ Day to support the PROactive Solutions for Prolonging Resilience (PROSPR) Program. The goal of ARPA-H is to develop innovative solutions that extend healthspan by targeting the underlying causes of age-induced health loss, thereby preventing multiple age-related diseases.

The PROSPR program aims to facilitate the study and testing of healthspan interventions by reducing time and cost investments that hinder the development of a thriving healthspan therapeutics industry.

Work Details
The Proposers' Day will focus on several key goals:
1. Introduce the ARPA-H PROSPR program goals and vision to the research community;
2. Clarify logistics of an ARPA-H program along with PROSPR-specific objectives and milestones;
3. Review deliverables associated with the PROSPR program;
4. Encourage and promote teaming among potential performers.

The program aims to provide all Americans with an additional 20 years of good health through three technical areas:
1. Development of an intrinsic capacity score (TA1) that predicts long-term health outcomes based on physiological and biochemical components, enabling at-home monitoring;
2. Repurposing FDA-approved drugs (TA2) for healthspan extension in decentralized clinical trials;
3. Advancing second-generation interventions (TA3) with strong preclinical evidence to enhance healthspan.

Period of Performance
The Proposers' Day event will take place on January 24, 2025, with registration deadlines set for January 21, 2025.

Place of Performance
The event will be held in a hybrid format, allowing both in-person and virtual attendance.
