Background
The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Office of Information Technology (OIT) Software Products Management (SPM) aims to design, deliver, maintain, and enhance software assets across VA.

The SPM Portfolio Integration Office (SPM/PIO) is responsible for governance, oversight, and technical support across all portfolios and product lines within SPM. This contract seeks to provide Portfolio Integration support for SharePoint, Enterprise Risk Management, MS Power Apps, and other special projects to improve the efficiency and accessibility of IT solutions for Veterans.

Work Details
The contractor will provide a range of services including:
1. Project Management: Develop a Contractor Project Management Plan (CPMP), provide weekly progress reports, conduct a technical kickoff meeting, and manage onboarding support for contractor staff.
2. Support Functions: Assist in enterprise business and technical IT support services including governance, risk management, compliance, process improvement, and metrics tracking.
3. Performance Measures Program: Establish processes to evaluate efficiencies and improvements over time in operations, development, problem management, and product line management.
4. Service Management: Develop guidelines and best practices for cross-portfolio activities to enhance operational excellence.
5. Special Projects Support: Assist in managing special projects related to End-of-Life technology and ensure compliance with VA's strategic goals.

Period of Performance
The Period of Performance is 12 months from the date of award with four 12-month option periods available.

Place of Performance
Tasks will be performed at Contractor facilities as identified in their proposal.
