16 September 2025 - The purpose of Amendment 0005 is to update the requirement and provide feedback for the questions received. Refer to attached documents for details. All offerors are required to acknowledge amendments 0001 through 0005.

4 September 2025 - Amendment 0004 is issued. Refer to attached documents for details. The offer due date is extended to 19 September 2025 12PM EDT. The deadline for submitting questions and seeking clarifications is 11 September 2025 12:00 PM EDT. Please note that the Government will be under no obligation to respond to questions or provide clarifications received after this deadline. All offerors are required to acknowledge amendments 0001 through 0004.

26 August 2025 - The purpose of Amendment 0003 is to update the requirement. Refer to attached documents for details. The offer due date is extended to 5 September 2025 12PM EDT. Offers submitted prior to this amendment were unopened and will not be considered. All offerors are required to acknowledge amendments 0001, 0002, and 0003.

Background
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Jacksonville District, is issuing this solicitation for the fabrication and delivery of two Fiber Reinforced Polymer (FRP) sector gates for the Canaveral Lock.

The project aims to enhance the operational capabilities of the lock, which is critical for navigation and water management in Brevard County, Florida.

Work Details
The contract includes the following items:

1. **Fabrication**:
- Quantity: 2 FRP sector gates to fit the Canaveral Lock.
- Delivery terms: FOB Destination.

2. **Delivery**:
- Quantity: 2 FRP sector gates delivered by waterway and barge; land delivery is not permitted.
- Delivery location: Canaveral Lock, 1000 Mullet Road, Cape Canaveral, FL 32920.

3. **Options for Spare Parts**:
- Critical spare parts including:
- Spare Pintle Ball
- Spare Pintle Bushing
- Spare Hinge Pin
