CAN AM Utility Vehicles

Background
The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking quotes from qualified contractors to provide Can Am Utility Vehicles for the Veterans Affairs Medical Center (VAMC) in Huntington, WV.

The goal of this contract is to procure utility vehicles that meet specific operational requirements for the agency's mission.

Work Details
Vendor will provide (2) new Can Am Defender DPS cabs in Compass Green color, complete with hard cab canopy, deluxe sport roof and doors, power windows/locks.

Specifications include:
- 12 V electrical outlet (30 Ah battery, 650 W stator)
- Front deluxe full doors
- Defrost heat ventilation, integrated heating, ventilation and optional AC
- Digital gauge display
- Rear glass window
- Flip glass windshield
- Windshield wiper kit
- Vinyl bench seat for three with headrests
- HD9 engine Rotax 976cc V twin 65hp 59lb-ft torque
- Pro torque continuously variable transmission
- Four-wheel drive
- 12-inch suspension travel both front and rear, sturdy tires and brakes for rough terrain
- Trailer hitch ball mount - Rear hitch receiver
- 2500lb tow capacity
- Can-Am HD 4500lb winch with winch harness and wireless winch remote.
Vendor will provide equipment within 14 days upon contract award.

The geographic location(s) the product will be delivered to or performed at.

Place of Performance
The products will be delivered to the Department of Veterans Affairs VAMC located at 1540 Spring Valley Dr., Huntington, WV 25704.
