The magnitude of this project is between $5,000,000.00 and $10,000,000.00.

For Pre-Proposal Conference/Site Visit information, please see SECTION 00100 Paragraph 2.1. FAR Provision 52.236-27 Alt 1, Site Visit (Construction) is incorrect and will be revised through an amendment to this solicitation. This is not an Invitation for Bid (IFB), offers will not be opened publicly.

In accordance with the COVID-19 precautions, we will not be having a project brief or a question and answer session in conjunction with the site visit. We will start at 1030, and proceed to cycle through the building in small groups. Questions should be sent by email to andrea.k.smothers.mil@mail.mil. We respectfully request you wear a mask for your safety and ours. Personnel who have had any of the symptoms identified by the CDC or if they have been out of the country within the past 14 days should not attend.

Funds are not presently available for this contract. Currently, the Government anticipates funds will become available prior to but no later than midnight 30 Sep 2020. This action has been identified on the National Guard priority list for award if funds become available and the prices received are within an awardable range.

Award will be made to the offeror who represents the best value to the Government as outlined in accordance with the criteria set forth within the solicitation. Please see the attached solicitation and additional documents.

All RFIs must be received NOT LATER THAN 21 May 2020 and will be posted not later than 28 May 2020. All subcontractors are encouraged to work through their Prime / General contractor to submit RFIs.

Amendment 0001 to solicitation W50S8Y-20-R-5000 has been issued and can be found in the attachments.

The amendment extends the submission date for RFIs and for the reciept of offers. The amendment also records the updated site visit information and includes additional clarification regarding the delivery of proposals. RFI response W50S8Y-20-R-5000_0001 included in the attachments.

Amendment 0002 to solicitation W50S8Y-20-R-5000 has been issued and can be found in the attachments.

The amendment adds attachments 6, 7 and 8 to the solicitation table of contents, includes the addition of bid addendum 1, and changes the period of performance from 270 days to 480 days. RFI response W50S8Y-20-R-5000_0002 is also included. There are still RFIs which were recieved and are pending response.

Amendment 0003 to solicitation W50S8Y-20-R-5000 has been issued and can be found in the attachments.

The amendment adds attachments 9 and 10 to the solicitation table of contents. RFI response W50S8Y-20-R-5000_0003 is included along with fire alarm diagrams. All the RFIs recieved by the suspense date as noted in the soliciation, have been responded to.
