Description

Description: NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE

The MICC-FSH intends to issue a Firm Fixed Price contract under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i), Soliciting From a Single Source - For Purchases Not Exceeding the Simplified Acquisition Threshold, on or about 28 December 2016, to the California Department of Rehabilitation. The period of performance will be for three weeks.

The prospective contractor shall provide Full Food Services to Camp Parks and BT Collins, CA.

The Government competed Solicitation W9124J-16-R-0057 and intends to award a new contract no later than 21 January 2017. The purpose of this Justification and Approval (J&A) is to allow time for the government to complete the source selection process.

The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 722310 with the size standard of $38.5 million. This notice of intent is not a request for proposals or quotes.
