Camp Lejeune Shower Services

Background
This contract is issued by the Mission and Installation Contracting Command – Fort Bragg for the purpose of providing temporary shower trailer services to the 1st Battalion, 505th Parachute Infantry Regiment (1-505PIR), 82nd Airborne Division during an off-post training exercise at Camp Lejeune, North Carolina.

The goal is to ensure that soldiers have access to adequate hygiene facilities during their training exercises without direct supervision from the government.

Work Details
The contractor is required to provide all personnel, equipment, materials, and supervision necessary to deliver, install, set up, operate, maintain, fuel, service, and dismantle self-sustaining temporary shower trailer systems. This includes:
- Providing potable water supply (minimum of 8,250 gallons per day) and managing greywater collection and disposal legally.
- Ensuring power generation and fuel supply with secondary containment measures.
- Conducting twice-daily cleaning and sanitization procedures for hygiene maintenance.
- Offering 24-hour emergency maintenance support with a maximum two-hour on-site response time.
- Configuring gender-segregated shower facilities with a minimum of sixteen shower heads.
- Working closely with representatives from the 82nd Airborne Division to meet or exceed requirements outlined in the Performance Work Statement.

The period of performance for this contract is scheduled from November 16 to November 19, 2026.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must meet the following requirements: Small Business Set Aside - Total (SBA). They must demonstrate relevant past performance in providing temporary shower or similar field support services within the last three years. Additionally, bidders are required to submit a Quality Control Plan with their quote and must provide proof of insurance before commencing work. Specific insurance requirements include: Employer’s Liability Insurance ($100,000), Comprehensive General Liability ($500,000 per occurrence), Comprehensive Automobile Liability ($200,000 per person; $500,000 per occurrence for bodily injury; $20,000 per occurrence for property damage), and Workmen’s Compensation as required by state law.
