Camp Arifjan and Buering Kuwait DFAC

Background
This is a Sources Sought Notice seeking information from companies that can provide Dining Facilities Support (DFAC) within Camp Arifjan, Kuwait. No solicitation is being issued at this time. The Government is seeking to operate DFAC facilities on Camp Arifjan and Camp Buering. The Government is neither negotiating nor calling for offers at this time. This Sources Sought is an expression of interest only and does not commit the Government to pay for any response preparation cost. The Government will not make an award on the basis of this notice.

Work Details
The Performance Work Statement (PWS) outlines the detailed tasks and services required under the contract. It includes sections on Operations and Program Objectives, Contractor Enabling Functions, Engineering Services, Base Operations Services Support, Supply Management, Maintenance, Transportation Services, Other Support Operations, Contractor Operations, and Technical Exhibits. It also specifies the phases of contractor operations: Phase 0 (Shape), Phase I-II (Build), Phase III (Dominate), Phase IV (Stabilize), and Phase V (Enable Civil Authority). Additionally, it details the LOGCAP Program Objectives which include Responsiveness, Transparency, Affordability, Predictability, Capability, Flexibility, and Accountability.

The contract will be performed at Camp Arifjan and Camp Buering in Kuwait.
