Background
This solicitation is issued by the U.S. Army for the procurement of camouflage sticks, which are portable, wax-based face paint applicators designed to break up the human facial outline and eliminate skin glare for hunting, military operations, and tactical use.

The goal of this contract is to provide a product that enhances concealment during high-activity scenarios. This acquisition is a Total Small Business Set-Aside.

Work Details
The contract involves the delivery of 13,000 units of camouflage sticks. The salient characteristics include:
- Portable, wax-based face paint applicators
- Designed to break up human facial outline and eliminate skin glare
- Two complementary colors (e.g., light green and loam) for efficient blending
- Sweat-resistant and non-glare properties to maintain concealment during high-activity use
- New equipment only; used or remanufactured products will not be accepted.

F.O.B. destination is required; offers submitted on a basis other than F.O.B. destination will be rejected as nonresponsive.

Period of Performance
Preferred delivery time is within 30 days from the date of order.

Place of Performance
The products will be delivered to specified locations as determined by the U.S. Army.
