To provide all resources necessary as described in this Statement of Work (SOW). With these 13C labelled chemicals, we will be able to detect brain metabolism and to accurately measure the concentrations of several important metabolites. The 13C MR spectroscopy methods developed in our group is and will be applied to many other research groups in NIMH and NIH for various neural science studies. Without this chemical, the institute will lose a powerful method in neural science research.

The National Institute of Mental Health (NIMH) is seeking to procure 13C labeled chemicals, specifically Cambridge Isotope L-Glutamine, to enhance research capabilities in neural science.

The goal of this contract is to provide essential resources that will enable the detection of brain metabolism and accurate measurement of important metabolites, thereby supporting various research groups within NIMH and NIH. The absence of these chemicals would significantly hinder the institute's research methodologies.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for providing all necessary resources as outlined in the Statement of Work (SOW). Key tasks include:
- Supplying 13C labeled chemicals with a minimum enrichment of 99% stable isotope 13C.
- Ensuring that the chemicals are research grade and accompanied by a Certificate of Analysis (CoA).
- Addressing any issues that may arise during the contract period by providing feedback to the government.
