Call for Solutions for Vacuum Furnace Post Processing Capability

Background
The Army Contracting Command – Redstone Arsenal, on behalf of the U.S. Army Aviation and Missile Command (AMCOM), is seeking innovative solutions for Advanced Manufacturing Vacuum Furnace Post Processing Capability.

This Call for Solution aims to expand vacuum furnace heat treat capacity for post-processing requirements at Corpus Christi Army Depot (CCAD), Texas, to meet obsolescence and readiness requirements.

Work Details
The U.S. Army AMCOM requires immediate integration of one vacuum furnace for heat treat capacity specific to AdvM capability at CCAD. The solution must include shipping costs, onsite installation, heavy equipment handling, ancillary equipment, operating software, warranties, preventative maintenance, and on-demand technical support.
