Background
The U.S. Army Contracting Command – Redstone Arsenal, on behalf of the U.S. Army Aviation and Missile Command (AMCOM), is seeking innovative solutions for Advanced Manufacturing Industrial 3D X-Ray and Computed Tomography (CT) Capability.

This initiative aims to modernize weapon systems through Advanced Manufacturing technologies that address supply chain challenges, thereby enhancing readiness. The integration of this technology at Corpus Christi Army Depot (CCAD) is crucial for aviation maintenance operations, allowing for non-destructive testing (NDT) on complex assemblies.

Work Details
The contract requires a large-format, high-resolution Industrial 3D X-Ray and Computed Tomography (CT) system capable of conducting Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) on large, high-density, and complex assemblies.

Key specifications include:
- High-energy X-ray source (up to 450 kV) with micro-focus and mini-focus configurations.
- High-resolution digital detector array (DDA) or linear diode array (LDA).
- Advanced scanning modalities such as helical scanning, multi-image stitching, and sub-pixel resolution enhancement.
- A fully integrated DICONDE-compliant software suite for 3D reconstruction and defect recognition.
- Modular heavy-duty radiation-shielded enclosure with automated doors and safety cameras.
- Minimum part weight capacity of 5,000 lbs without motion precision degradation.
- Horizontal travel of at least 43 inches and vertical travel of at least 50 inches.

Bidder Requirements
Offerors must provide a solution produced in the continental United States. Proposals should include all necessary ancillary equipment for a turnkey solution ready for use at CCAD, facility transformers for power requirements, an extended warranty of three years total including two additional years beyond the standard one-year warranty, and preventative maintenance for three years total including two additional years beyond the standard one-year maintenance plan.
