Background
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Far East District (FED) is seeking applications from interested Republic of Korea (ROK) firms for prequalification to participate in construction contracts funded by the U.S. government and the ROK government, specifically through the Ministry of National Defense, Defense Installations Agency (MND-DIA). This initiative aims to establish a new list of prequalified ROK construction firms, which is essential for contractors wishing to bid on upcoming projects under U.S.-ROK agreements.

1) Consolidated Fire & Military Police Station (2026) valued between ₩1,600,000,000 – ₩5,000,000,000;
2) Repair Contingency Hospital (2026) valued between ₩5,000,000,000 – ₩10,000,000,000;
3) Unaccompanied Enlisted Housing (2026) valued at more than ₩10,000,000,000;
4) Ordnance Storage Magazine Replacement (2026) valued at more than ₩10,000,000,000;
5) Camp Mujuk LSA Barracks (2026) valued at more than ₩10,000,000,000;
6) Fuel Storage Tank (2026) valued at more than ₩10,000,000,000;
7) Elementary School (2027) valued at more than ₩10,000,000,000; and additional projects such as Repair Concrete Apron and Fuel Station Facility scheduled for 2027 and Family Housing Improvement Construction and Ambulatory Care Center Replacement scheduled for 2028.
The work will encompass various construction tasks including military facilities and infrastructure development adhering to U.S. Department of Defense standards.

Period of Performance
The prequalification status will be effective until May 27, 2030. The anticipated project awards are set to occur primarily in the years 2026 through 2028.

Place of Performance
The construction projects will be performed in the Republic of Korea.
