Background
The Bureau of Reclamation, California Great Basin regional office, has an annual requirement for United Postal Services (USPS) mail services for First Class and Priority Mail Services. The metered postage machines require prepayment of postage, and the account is established by the vendor to a bank account to make payments. The postage account number is unique to each postage machine.

Work Details
The contractor is required to provide subject matter expertise in configuration and integration of postage meter requirements in support of safekeeping of mail service requirements. This includes applying necessary postage amounts, preserving transactional history of such postage account information, allowing instant retrieval of accounting information for postal services, and providing payment invoice requests to accounts payable for payment. The contractor must also ensure that banking information for postage is periodically verified by accounts payable.

Period of Performance
The period of performance shall be for one (1) year from 04/14/2023 to 04/13/2024.

Place of Performance
Contractor personnel will perform the functional and technical support required both in the virtual environment and onsite at the California Great Basin Regional office located in Sacramento, CA.
