Calibration Service - DILO SF6 Gas Analyzer   3

Background
The Bureau of Reclamation, specifically the Grand Coulee Power Office, is issuing this solicitation for calibration services for six DILO SF6 multi-analyzers. The goal of this contract is to ensure that these analyzers are properly calibrated, tested, and certified to maintain compliance with original equipment performance specifications.

Work Details
The contractor will perform the following tasks:

1. Calibration Services: This includes calibration, sensor replacement, testing, and certification for all six analyzers. The contractor must tag all calibrated equipment with a decal indicating the date of calibration and due date for the next calibration. Decals must be applied without damaging the equipment.

2. Condition Found Reports: Within 5 business days after calibration testing, the contractor must submit a report detailing any deficiencies found in each analyzer. If repairs are needed, a quotation must be provided that includes descriptions of deficiencies, man-hours required for repairs, an itemized list of parts and costs, total amounts for each deficiency, and turnaround times for completion.

3. Repairs: If authorized to proceed with repairs based on the Condition Found Report, the contractor will complete repairs using OEM parts within specified turnaround times and in compliance with ANSI/ISO 9001:2015 standards.

Period of Performance
The contract period of performance is from October 1, 2025, to December 31, 2025.

Place of Performance
The work will be performed at the Bureau of Reclamation facilities located in Grand Coulee, Washington.
