Background
The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD) is an engineering, software development, and systems test and integration center for Research, Development, Test and Evaluation (RDT&E) components of the United States Navy.

This acquisition aims to provide calibration and repair support services for NSWCDD, Naval Surface Warfare Center, Indian Head Explosive Ordnance Disposal Technology Division (NSWC IHEODTD), and various Department of Defense (DoD) locations. This requirement is being competed as an 8(a) Small Business Set-Aside and is a follow-on to SeaPort Next Generation Task Order No. N0017821F3005 with Tatitlek Technologies Inc.

Work Details
The contractor will provide calibration and repair support services which include:
- Base Period Lab support services in accordance with Section C.
- Surge options for additional lab support services during the base period and each option period.
- Option periods for continued lab support services in accordance with Section C. Each option period includes a holding SLIN for labor hours.
- Other Direct Costs (ODCs) associated with the base period and each option period, including travel and other direct costs identified in Section C.6 of the Statement of Work.
- Not Separately Priced Deliverables as outlined in Exhibit A CDRLS for each contract line item.

Place of Performance
Services will primarily be performed at Dahlgren Naval Surface Warfare Center Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD) and alternate Department of Defense (DoD) locations as described in Section C of the Statement of Work.
