This is a Total Small Business set-aside. NAICS Code: 237990. W912P821B0043, is anticipated to issue as an Invitation for Bid (IFB). The resulting contract shall be firm fixed price (FFP). The solicitation will issue on or about 20 July 2021, and the anticipated bid opening date is set for 19 August 2021. However, the actual bid opening date will be determined upon the solicitation advertisement date.

The work consists of rehabilitation of selected upland confined disposal area D along the Calcasieu Ship Channel which entails: clearing and grubbing, excavation, placement of borrow material on the foreshore dike disposal area , and placement of borrow material on the lake side to the required grade; surveying, and all operations incidental thereto.

The estimated value of this work is between $10,000,000 and $25,000,000.
