Cafeteria Food Service Federal Courthouse, Brooklyn, NY   4

1. Description of Services.

Licensee shall provide all management, administration, supervision, labor, equipment (except as otherwise described herein), materials and supplies necessary to provide full cafeteria level food services as described below and in the attached Scope of Work.

The Licensee is to partner with GSA to address on-going service requirements and adjustment needs that may arise. Any changes to the food service level must be approved by the GSA Building Manager and Regional Concessions, Amenities, & Wellness Program Manager.

The Licensee is encouraged to work with the Court to arrange for possible additional in-building food service opportunities such as:

1) Jury Meals

2) Jury Refreshments/Snacks

3) Catering

The above described services shall be performed at the following location:

1) Theodore Roosevelt Courthouse, 225 Cadman Plaza East, 3rd Floor, Brooklyn, New York 11202-1818
