The U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP), a component of the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), is responsible for protecting the nation's borders, preventing terrorism, and facilitating legitimate trade and travel.

The CBP's Rio Grande Valley (RGV) Sector requires cable television services for 10 stations to provide national and local programming that informs operational decisions. Charter Communications Operating LLC is the sole source contractor for this requirement due to its proprietary services in the area.

Work Details
The contractor must provide equipment and installation upgrades for cable television services at 10 RGV stations. The service must include a uniform programming package with a minimum of network news channels and local channels relevant to the area/zip codes of the sites.

All locations must have verified cable lines for accountability. Specific requirements include:

Base Year: 09/24/2024 to 09/23/2025, with four option years extending through 09/23/2029.
