The Regional Contracting Office-Hawaii (RCO-HI), has a requirement to establish a Master Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for cable television and commercial internet subscription services on Army installations and service locations in Hawaii.

- Provide services for a 12-month base period with four potential 12-month option periods.
- Provide High-speed internet with up to 1 Gb download and 35 Mb upload speeds.

Background
The Regional Contracting Office-Hawaii (RCO-HI) has a requirement to establish a Master Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for cable television and commercial internet subscription services on Army installations and service locations in Hawaii.

The goal of this contract is to ensure continuous and uninterrupted service for cable and internet, which are essential for the operations of the Army installations.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for providing the following services:

- Continuous, uninterrupted cable and internet services;
- High-speed internet with download speeds up to 1 Gb and upload speeds of 35 Mb;
- Standard HD cable television service with initial installation including a static IP;
