Cable and Internet Services

Background
The Department of Veterans Affairs, through Network Contracting Office 17, is seeking to establish cable TV services and fiber internet at various locations.
The goal of this contract is to provide essential communication services to support the operations and needs of the VA facilities.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, tools, management, travel, and equipment necessary to establish cable TV services and fiber internet at the specified locations.
The services will include:
1. Establishing digital cable TV services and fiber internet at multiple locations including Villa Serena, Balcones Heights, Pecan Valley, Polytrauma Transitional Rehabilitation Program Building, Plaza Lecea, Audie L. Murphy VA Medical Center, Fisher House I, Northwest San Antonio VA Clinic, Shavano Park VA Clinic, Kerrville VA Medical Center, and North Central Federal VA Clinic.
2. Each location will require a monthly service provision for a contract period from January 1, 2026 to December 31, 2026.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed from January 1, 2026 to December 31, 2026.

Place of Performance
Various locations in San Antonio, TX including Villa Serena (4455 Horizon Hill Blvd), Balcones Heights (4522 Fredericksburg Road), Pecan Valley (4610 E Southcross Blvd), Polytrauma Transitional Rehabilitation Program Building (4949 Gus Eckert), Plaza Lecea (5441 Babcock Rd), Audie L. Murphy VA Medical Center (7400 Merton Minter), Fisher House I (7485 Wurzbach Rd), Northwest San Antonio VA Clinic (9939 State Hwy 151), Shavano Park VA Clinic (4350 Lockhill Selma Rd), Kerrville VA Medical Center (3600 Memorial Blvd), and North Central Federal VA Clinic (17440 Henderson Pass).
