This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation, and a written solicitation will not be issued.
The Solicitation Number RFQ 140F0522Q0192, is a Total Small Business Set-Aside. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in Continued effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2022-05.
The NAICS Code is 562119, Other Waste Collection, with a Size Standard of $41.5 million. This requirement is in accordance with FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items and award will be pursuant to FAR Part 13.
