Background
The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (FWS) is issuing this solicitation for the San Luis National Wildlife Refuge Complex to support their Nutria Eradication Program. The goal of this contract is to procure live traps necessary for the effective management and eradication of nutria, an invasive species that poses a threat to local ecosystems.

Work Details
The contract requires the delivery of specific live traps as follows:
- **Comstock Double Door Beaver/Raccoon Trap**: 50 units, dimensions 36 x 12 x 12 inches, or Approved Equal.
- **Tomahawk Rigid Trap**: 100 units, dimensions 32 x 10 x 12 inches, or Approved Equal.

All traps must meet the following salient characteristics:
- Must have double doors.

Delivery is required F.O.B. Destination to the FWS San Luis NWR located at 7376 South Wolfsen Road, Los Banos, CA 93635. Delivery hours are Monday through Thursday from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM local time, excluding weekends and federal holidays. Vendors must call the Point of Contact identified in the award document 48 hours prior to delivery to schedule.

Period of Performance
Delivery is required by December 31, 2024.
