Description

Lockheed Martin Rotary and Mission Systems (LM RMS), Manassas, Virginia, is being awarded a $66,479,405, cost-plus-fixed-fee contract for the procurement of submarine new construction outfitting and in-service modernization, Command, Control, Computers, Communications, Cyber and Intelligence (C5I) Systems Engineering and Integration (SEI) Agent. This contract includes options which, if exercised, would bring the cumulative value of this contract to $223,367,786. This contract was a sole-source acquisition in accordance with 10 U.S. Code 3204(a)(1). This contract was not competitively procured and only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.
