C2IMERA II - DRAFT Fair Opportunity Proposal Request

The Kessel Run (AFLCMC/HBB) Program Management Office is seeking industry responses to a Draft FOPR for the Command and Control Incident Management and Emergency Response Application (C2IMERA) II Program. In order to efficiently and expeditiously gather feedback on this Draft FOPR, the C2IMERA program requests one-on-one engagements with interested vendors. Vendors that are interested in participating in this engagement opportunity are asked to send their stated intent to the listed Government POCs no later than 1600 EST on 10 April 2023. This announcement is not a solicitation; it is for information purposes only. This announcement does not constitute an Invitation for Bid or Request for Proposal and is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government. The Government will not reimburse any costs associated with participation or providing any information associated with one-on-one engagements and this announcement.
