C2F Appliance Maintenance Services for USSTRATCOM

Background
The United States Strategic Command (USSTRATCOM) requires appliance maintenance services to support the USSTRATCOM Command and Control Facility (C2F).

The C2F infrastructure consists of approximately 264 commercial and consumer-grade appliances that need routine preventive maintenance, sanitization services, and periodic repairs due to normal wear and tear.

This contract is planned as a 5-year agreement with a base year followed by four option years.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide all necessary labor, supervision, management, transportation, and equipment for the following tasks:
1. Perform Initial Maintenance and Inspections: 100% of all appliances must be inspected with accurate reports delivered within 90 days for the base year.
2. Monthly Services: Clean microwave ovens and refrigerators; deliver accurate reports within 2 business days of service performance with a threshold of two valid defects per year.
3. Quarterly Services: Clean and sanitize C2F coffee makers; deliver accurate reports within 2 business days with a threshold of two valid defects per year.
4. Semiannual Services: Clean and sanitize C2F ice machines, replace designated water filters; deliver accurate reports within 2 business days with a threshold of two valid defects per year.
5. Service Calls: On-site response time must be within three business days with a threshold of two valid defects per year.
6. Repair Services: Provide repair service quotes within 14 days of on-site service calls with a threshold of three valid defects per year.
7. Future Growth Services: Submit future growth service estimates within 30 days of notification, performing all future growth services as outlined in the PWS while following OEM service manuals.

Place of Performance
The contract will be performed at various locations within the USSTRATCOM Command and Control Facility.
