Background
This contract is issued by the Department of the Air Force, specifically USAFE 39 CONS/PKC, for the maintenance support of the Federal Signal-brand Giant Voice System at Incirlik Air Base, Türkiye.

The goal of this contract is to ensure ongoing operational capability and compliance with manufacturer specifications for the Giant Voice system, which is critical for Nuclear Command, Control, and Communications (NC3) operations.

Work Details
The contractor will provide ongoing quarterly maintenance to comply with the manufacturer's system manual for the Federal Signal-brand Giant Voice System.

Additionally, they will offer as-needed emergency repair services, boom lift rental, and replacement parts for the system. Contractor support is essential as 39 CS NC3 technicians are untrained in servicing this specific system. The contract will consist of a base period plus four one-year option periods.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed over a base period of one year with four additional one-year option periods.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must be capable of performing necessary structural repairs and component replacements on the Giant Voice system. Delta Teknik is identified as the sole vendor with the requisite technical knowledge and access to Federal Signal approved OEM parts necessary for maintenance without voiding warranties.
