Background
The Boise VA Medical Center (BVAMC) in Boise, Idaho, has a requirement for a Firm Fixed Price contract to provide professional Architect/Engineer (A/E) Services.

The goal of this contract is to support the renovation of the Sterile Processing Service (SPS) Space, addressing space and functional deficiencies due to increased needs over the years. The project aims to remodel approximately 8,700 square feet of the second floor of Building 85, converting existing dental space into SPS space and ensuring compliance with updated VHA directives.

Work Details
The contractor will provide comprehensive A/E services including:
- Investigative services
- Planning consultations and visits
- Architectural and engineering design work
- Preparation of contract drawings and specifications
- Preparation of cost estimates
- Construction period services
- Site visits
- Reports
- Commissioning
- As-built drawings
- Other necessary design services for the renovation of the SPS Space.

The project involves remodeling approximately 5,437 square feet of existing SPS space and expanding into 3,229 square feet of former Dental Clinic Space.
