REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATION STATEMENTS (SF330). Introduction Network Contracting Office 1 (NCO 1), supporting VA New England Healthcare System (VISN 1), is requesting Qualification Statement (SF330s) for the project as described Architect and Engineering Services as described in the attached Request for Qualification Statement (SF330s) and related attachments. This notice constitutes the public announcement requirement of FAR 36.601-1. General Project Description Project Number: 402-23-001S Project Title: Fisher House Emergency Sewer Inspection Location of Project: VA Maine Healthcare System (VAMC Togus), Augusta, ME 04330 Synopsis of required services (See attachment for full statement of work) Purpose of this project is to conduct full investigation of the Fisher House sewer system, above and below grade, located on Togus VA campus. A/E to generate full report of all findings and to generate a proposed action plan for sewer rehabilitation. A/E to also conduct full investigation and evaluation of soil for any/all hazardous waste material contamination due to potential breach of the sewer system. A/E to generate full report of all soil findings and generate proposed action plan for soil remediation. A/E to also provide cost estimation for both sewer and soil proposed action plans. A/E Services for this project includes site visits, field investigation, studies, testing, and user interviews. NAICS and Set-aside Information This procurement for Architect & Engineering services is assigned NAICS Code 541330: Engineering Services, which has an SBA size standard of $22.5 million in average revenue. This procurement is a total set-aside for verified Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB).
