Background
The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) is seeking to conduct a Seismic Structural Survey at the VA San Diego Healthcare System, specifically for Building 1. The goal of this contract is to assess the seismic safety and structural integrity of the facility to ensure it meets safety standards and can withstand seismic events.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for performing a comprehensive seismic structural survey which includes:
- Evaluating the existing structural conditions of Building 1.
- Conducting detailed analysis and assessments in accordance with applicable codes and standards.
- Providing recommendations for any necessary upgrades or modifications to enhance seismic performance.
