Project 619A4-23-101 "Replace/Repair Roofs for Buildings 4, 15, 90 & 93"   2

Provide Professional (PE) Architectural / Engineering services to verify existing conditions and utilities design and prepare contract working drawings and specifications for Project No. 619A4-23-101 Replace/Repair Roofs for Buildings 4, 14 (Fire Department), 90 & 93 (Chapel) . The scope of work for this project is the development of construction documents (drawings and specifications, etc.) to replace deficient roofs on building 4 and 90 only. Roof repairs were completed in Building 15 and 93. Asphalt shingle and built-up roofs that are leaking and in poor condition should be replaced. The project shall include replacing gutters that show evidence of leaking and sagging. Deteriorated wood fascia and trim work will be repaired. This will also include the install of fall protection in Building 4 and 90. Project will be inclusive of upgrading/repairing the roof insulation in all targeted buildings. Project will deem necessary to meet the minimum code insulation level of R-30.
