C103 L-PBF Powder Procurement

Background
The National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) is issuing this Request for Quotation (RFQ) for the procurement of C103 L-PBF Powder. This procurement is part of the MSFC RAAMBO Project, aimed at investigating the material's limits for building components used in aerospace propulsion systems. The goal is to acquire high-quality powder that meets specific requirements for use in advanced manufacturing processes.

Work Details
The contract requires the delivery of C103 powder with the following specifications:
- Morphology: Spherical
- Particle size distribution: 15-53 µm
- Composition: Nb-10Hf-1Ti
- Carbon (C): 20 ppm Max
- Nitrogen (N): 100 ppm Max
- Oxygen (O): 250 ppm Max

The powder will be delivered to MSFC building 4602 and stored in room 1183. A Powder Chemistry Certificate is required as part of the documentation.

Period of Performance
The estimated lead time for delivery is 4-6 weeks after award.

Place of Performance
Delivery will be made to MSFC building 4602, Stennis Space Center, MS, and stored in room 1183.
