Underwater Inspection Services - BOR-WIDE IDIQ   5

Background
The Bureau of Reclamation is issuing a solicitation for Underwater Inspection Services through a multiple award Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract. The purpose of this contract is to provide comprehensive underwater inspection services across various reclamation projects, ensuring the integrity and safety of structures such as dams and bridges. This initiative aligns with the Bureau's mission to manage water resources and maintain infrastructure effectively.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for performing underwater inspections, which include but are not limited to:
1. Developing dive plans and inspection plans tailored to specific project requirements.
2. Conducting thorough inspections of underwater structures, including dams and bridges, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
3. Providing qualified personnel, including a Project Manager, Inspection Team Leader, and field inspectors, who possess necessary certifications such as CPR and commercial diving certifications.
4. Submitting detailed reports on findings from inspections, including recommendations for repairs if deficiencies are found.
5. Ensuring all work adheres to the Bureau of Reclamation's safety protocols and guidelines.

Period of Performance
The period of performance for this contract will span from October 1, 2025, to September 30, 2030.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed at various locations managed by the Bureau of Reclamation across the United States.
