The Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia intends to procure C.O.R.E Award Store Apparel on a Competitive, Full and Open basis. See attached RFQ.

Background
The Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia Division (NSWCPD) is a Department of Defense entity responsible for research and development, test and evaluation, engineering, and fleet support for the Navy's ships, submarines, military watercraft, and unmanned vehicles.

This contract is specifically for the Naval Foundry and Propeller Center (NFPC), which designs, manufactures, and repairs propellers for the U.S. Navy. The purpose of this contract is to procure C.O.R.E Award Store Apparel to replenish inventory for the EARN/CORE Store Program that recognizes outstanding personnel for their services.

Work Details
The contractor shall procure and deliver the following apparel with no deviations from the specified item numbers, descriptions, and quantities:

- CLIN 0001: Men's Port Authority - Weld Soft Shell Jacket with NFPC Logo (3" embroidered on left upper front)
- Color: Blue
- Size: 4XL
- Quantity: 2

- CLIN 0002: Men's Port Authority - Weld Soft Shell Jacket with NFPC Logo (3" embroidered on left upper front)
