N62470-17-R-5007 Amendment 0003 is issued to provide the following: 1. Responses to Pre-Proposal Inquiries 2. Provide Revised Notice 1. Pre-Proposal Inquiries: a. QUESTION: Submission Requirements on page 4 states Introductions shall be included in Sections E and F . This is not typically part of an SF330, please clarify what is expected. If these should be separate pages, do they count towards the page limit? RESPONSE: See revised notice. b. QUESTION: Page 5 describes delivery procedures. Is there a preferred commercial courier? RESPONSE: There is not a preferred commercial courier. c. QUESTION: Are SF330 Part IIs required as part of the submission? If so, do they count towards the page limit? RESPONSE: Fifty page limitations are only applicable to Part I. Part II does not have set page limitations and should be submitted if applicable to your firm. Refer to instructions listed on the SF330 form. d. Synopsis Page 6 Criterion 1 the requirements indicate that All projects provided in the SF330 must be completed by the actual office/branch/regional office/individual team member proposed to manage and perform work under this contract. Does this mean that all 5 projects must have been completed by the prime or lead firm submitting the proposal? Or could the prime include a project completed by one of their proposed sub-consultants? RESPONSE: As stated in the synopsis, all projects provided in the SF330 must be completed by the actual office/branch/regional office/individual team member proposed to manage and perform work under this contract. Projects not meeting this requirement will be excluded from consideration in the evaluation. 2. Replace original synopsis with the attached Revised Notice.
