Background
The Office of Surface Mining Reclamation and Enforcement (OSMRE) is issuing this solicitation for Geotechnical Architecture and Engineer Services in support of its Abandoned Mine Land (AML) Program. The goal of the contract is to provide specialized engineering services to assist in the reclamation and management of abandoned mine lands, ensuring safety and environmental compliance.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for providing geotechnical engineering services, which include but are not limited to: conducting site assessments, performing soil and rock testing, analyzing geotechnical data, preparing engineering reports, and providing recommendations for remediation strategies.

The contractor must also ensure compliance with federal regulations related to mine land reclamation and work collaboratively with OSMRE personnel throughout the project.

Period of Performance
