Indian Affairs (IA) is issuing a Pre-Solicitation Notice for Education Architect-Engineering (A-E) Site Assessments Single Award Task Order Contract (SATOC)
THE WORK CONSISTS OF: Technical assessments for various buildings - educational, residential (Government Furnished Quarters (GFQ) and/or Dormitory), and support buildings - and all infrastructure on each campus designated in subsequent task orders issued under the resulting SATOC Indefinite Delivery-Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract. The ordering period for the IDIQ contract will be five (5) years from the time of award. Firm-fixed-price task orders will be issued as the need arises during the contract ordering period for locations throughout the Continental United States (CONUS).
This is not a Request for Proposal (RFP) at this time. The solicitation requirements and contract documents, to include instructions for submission, and the response date will be available on or about December 15, 2022. Neither telephonic, mailed nor faxed requests for hard copies of this solicitation will be accepted. The solicitation will only be available online; in order to download the solicitation offerors must access the Contract Opportunities website (www.SAM.gov).
This procurement is set-aside for Indian Small Business Economic Enterprises (ISBEEs). The applicable NAICS code is 541330, Engineering Services, with a Small Business Size Standard of $22.5 Million.
ALL VENDORS MUST HAVE AN ACTIVE REGISTRATION IN SAM.GOV AT THE TIME OF SUBMISSION IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED. ANY OFFEROR THAT DOES NOT HAVE AN ACTIVE SAM.GOV REGISTRATION WILL BE REJECTED AS NON-RESPONSIVE.
