INDEFINITE-DELIVERY/INDEFINITE-QUANTITY (IDIQ) FOR COMMISSIONING AUTHORITY (CxA) SERVICES FOR THE U.S. ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION AGENCY'S NATIONWIDE FACILITIES
Background
The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is issuing an Indefinite-Delivery/Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contract for Commissioning Authority (CxA) services across its nationwide laboratory and facilities.

The EPA's mission is to protect human health and the environment, and this contract aims to ensure optimal operation of its facilities through comprehensive commissioning services.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide commissioning services including:

- Developing laboratory commissioning plans
- Reviewing laboratory design documents
- Developing electronic systems manuals
- Performing functional performance testing
- Analyzing system operations and equipment start-up
- Providing enhanced laboratory commissioning services
- Retro-commissioning services with a focus on operational improvements for energy reduction
- Completing LEED commissioning processes
